Ceramic Binder
Mostly Indian clay have lack of plasticity, nowadays ceramic industries use different type of body binder to achieve sufficient green strength. AXRBIND is specially designed water soluble acrylic based ceramic binder which is effective in increasing the strength in green, dried and fired ceramic materials. It can be used in traditional ceramic, advance ceramic and powder metallurgy. AXRBIND helps to improve green strength of ceramic body which benifits in production process like moulding, shaping and printing without breakage of ceramic body before firing. AXRBIND vanish at comparably low temperature and hence does not harm the technical quality of resulting ceramic body. AXRBIND is specially formulated to attain supreme strength without rise in slip viscosity.

According to the process used, customer need, and type of product (vetrified tiles, pottery, sanitary ware, Ferrite manufacturing, etc), we supply AXRBIND in three grade.
(1) AXRBIND MORX - 30 (For high hardness product)
(2) AXRBIND MORX - 20 (For medium hardness product)
(3) AXRBIND MORX - 10 (For low hardness product)
